This cabin is perfect for a peaceful getaway in Big Bear.

This two Bedroom two bathroom cabin is conveniently located in Lower Moonridge Close to Bear Mountain Ski Resort, The Village restaurants and shoping, Big Bear Zoo, Bear Mountain Golf course, National Forest for mountain biking and hiking. Nestled in the pines and oaks enjoy Peek a boo views of the ski slopes with glorious sunsets from the large wrap around decking. Cabin is appointed with Real Hardwood Floors, Exposed Beam Ceiling, Native Rock Fireplace And Open Floor Plan. Wood-burning fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, coffee, linens, toiletries, strong wifi and projector for movie nights. Bedroom #1 has a king bed and 55 inch TV. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a bunkbed with 2 twin beds. Living room area has plenty of room for relaxing, a wood burning fire place, brand new leather sofa and chairs, and a projector set up for movie nights. Outside you'll find a wrap around deck w/ furniture for relaxing and enjoying views of Bear Mountain. The driveway holds 2 cars (2 cars max by law). Wood burning fireplace (wood and flame are not provided). Keruig coffee maker - variety of coffee pods provided. Things to know: - Sleeps 6 guests -Single-use toiletries are provided with each stay - Wood burning fireplace -Outdoor propane BBQ -Strong WiFi -TV + Roku upstairs -80' Inch Movie projector with Roku downstairs Accessibility and Safety: -Parking in driveway for 2 cars (no street parking allowed) -Cabin has stairs to reach front door and bedrooms are located upstairs -Snow chains required on all vehicles during the snowy season. Please check weather forecast ahead of time and be prepared for the winter conditions. -Snow removal above 4 inches will be provided. Less than 4 inches, there is shovel on the property for guests.

**BIG BEAR LAKE - CITYWIDE RULES** - Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am - No events or parties allowed - No extra guests allowed - No open flames or candles - No smoking **Do not exceed the occupancy limit of 5 people** Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. **NO PARTIES ALLOWED.** **No parking in street or yard** Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign. 2 cars max. **No amplified music 24/7** Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line. **Head inside at 10:00 p.m.** Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. **Take your furry friend with you** Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! **Take trash to dumpster locations** Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear Trash location: 41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd. **Fines** The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously **is $500 per violation**. A second offense **is $1000 per violation**. **Eviction** Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.

Great place to stay. The place is cozy and neat as not too many decorations. The speakers and projectors was perfect for living room. I do recommend this place for winter season travelers up to Big Bear.

Parking is available in the driveway (2 cars max) The cabin is walkable to Bear Mountain ski shuttles, Moonridge Village, Moonridge Coffee and Big Bear Zoo and less than 5minute drive to Big Bear Village Shops, Bear Mountain, Snow Summit, and Big Bear Lake.
